1. Regularly wash your hair:- Keeping hair and scalp clean by regularly washing your hair with mild shampoo, Don’t use soap because it can damage your hair. By cleaning your hair regularly you can reduce the amount of damage or dirt in your hair and prevent being infected form pollution or dirt.
2. Vitamin:- Vitamins are very important for your health as well as for your every body part to work properly and this is not it, but vitamins are also very important for your hairs to grow long and strong. Vitamin A increases production of sebum in the scalp, vitamin E improve the level of blood circulation in the scalp to help hair follicles remain productive and vitamin B helps hair maintain its colour.
3. Diet with protein:- Hairs are made up of protein. This is why hairs need a good amount of protein to stay healthy, which you can get from fish, eggs, meat, nut and other eatable substance.
4. Drink water and Different types of juices:- If you want to have strong hairs then you have to stay hydrated and for that purpose you have to drink water and other types of liquids.
5. Reduce Alcoholic consumption:- If you have a high hair falling problem then try to reduce alcohol intake because drinking alcohol reduces hair growth. To decrease the amount of alcohol consumption you do, to decrease hair fall problem.
